Poco is preparing to introduce a new smartphone in India. The next C-series smartphone will be launched in India, according to the company’s teasers. For those that don’t know, Poco C-series refers to its lower-priced entry-level handsets. The Poco C4 successor to the C3 is expected to be unveiled soon by the firm. Due to Chinese superstition around the number 4, the C5 might be the company’s first smartphone launch.
Poco C4 launch in India teased?
On September 30, the Poco C series in India expected to get a new model – a teaser image the company shared on social media. No official details on the new model, but it expects to be the Poco C4 — the follow-up to the Poco C3 released in the country last year. The previous model was a modified version of the Redmi 9C and featured triple back cameras as well as a notch in the display in the waterdrop style.

The teaser posted by the official Poco India Twitter account to tease the forthcoming launch of a new Poco C-series phone. There is a teaser for a 12 pm (noon) launch on September 30.
A few hours after Xiaomi’s spin-off brand posted the teaser image, some of its followers speculated about the upcoming launch of the Poco C4. In October of last year, Poco launched its most affordable phone, the Poco C3, with this device. The official teaser image doesn’t provide any specific information. Simply says, “C U Soon,” suggesting the launch of a new Poco C model.
Poco C3 Specifications
It has a 6.53-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. An octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, and up to 4GB of RAM. A 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor – both included on the phone’s triple rear camera setup. It has a Micro-USB port and a 5,000mAh battery. The Poco C3 has a dedicated microSD card slot for additional storage (up to 512GB).
