Producer Hiram Garcia recently opened up about the upcoming action-thriller film ‘Red Notice’ which will debut on Netflix this November.
In an exclusive interview with Collider, Garcia, who is the president of production at Seven Bucks Productions, spoke at length about this exciting project.
The much-awaited Netflix movie, starring actors Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds is “the biggest movie Netflix has ever done,” according to Garcia, who is one of the producers.
“Red Notice is such a fun film! It’s the biggest movie Netflix has ever done and they were incredible partners making sure we had everything we needed to finish the movie in the middle of a pandemic,” he said.
Garcia also adds that they are “so happy” with how the movie came together, “despite all those challenges” faced by the team due to the pandemic.
About the cast, he said, “Gal, Ryan and DJ have such amazing chemistry and look awesome together.” Adding, “You just can’t get enough of them. Plus the film has a fun throwback vibe to it, with DJ being an FBI profiler chasing after the most wanted art thieves in the world.”
The movie revolves around a red notice which is issued by the Interpol globally, to track and capture the world’s most wanted criminals. Gal Gadot will be seen as the world’s greatest art thief and Ryan Reynolds as the world’s greatest con-artist. Dwayne Johnson portrays Rusty, an Interpol agent who is the world’s greatest tracker. The story follows a daring heist which brings these three together.
