Hollywood actor Clancy Brown has reportedly joined Chad Stahelski’s ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’. According to Deadline, Lionsgate has closed a deal with the Detroit: Become Human star.
Director Chad Stahelski released a statement: “I have been a fan of Clancy Brown’s since I can remember. To have him be a part of this project is an honor. He will make a perfect addition to the World of John Wick!”
Brown took to Twitter to share the good news with his fans. He shared a picture of a set chair with the words “John Wick 4” written in the back. He uploaded the photo using only a wink emoji for the caption.

Along with Brown, the fourth installment to the John Wick series would also include Keanu Reeves in the lead with Hiroyuki Sanada, Donnie Yen, Rina Sawayama, Ian McShane, Shamier Anderson, and Lance Reddick.
‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ will be directed and co-produced by Chad Stahelski. Shay Hatten and Michael Finch write it. The movie will be produced by Thunder Road Pictures and 87North Productions and distributed by Lionsgate.
The voice-over legend was last seen in the 2020 documentary film, In Search of Darkness: Part II by David A. Weiner.
Along with John Wick 4, Brown will also be seen in the upcoming action-thriller movie, Last Looks, which Tim Kirby directs.
Clancy Brown will also be seen in the Showtime series revival Dexter: New Blood as Kurt Caldwell, which will premiere on November 7 this year.
As a voice-over artist, he is most famous for his roles in DC’s Green Lantern (as Parallax), The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (as Mr. Krabs / Sir Pinch-A-Lot), and Thor: Ragnarok (as Surtur).
He is also popular for lending his voice to various video games, the most popular one being 2018’s Detroit: Become Human, where he voiced (and also used motion-capture) the character of Lt. Hank Anderson.
John Wick: Chapter 4 is slated to release on May 27, 2022.
