After releasing the trailer, Bob Biswas has released its first song ‘Tu Toh Gaya Re’ on Thursday. The song features Abhishek Bachchan and Chitrangada Singh.
‘Tu Toh Gaya Re’ song out
The song begins with Bob (Abhishek Bachchan) confronting himself in front of a mirror. Urging him to remember that he has a wife and two kids. Later in the song, we see him adjusting to his previous while still trying to remember his past. The song’s ending also shows us the killer side of Bob. The song peacefully transitions from an innocent family man to a full fetched killer. The upbeats of the song are peppy and give us a retro mood.

In a recent interview with India today, Abhishek got candid about his body transformation, which he went through for this movie. He further shares his experience of gaining more than 100kgs during the lockdown period. He also revealed why he chose to gain weight instead of using prosthetics. “Yes, that is something that Sujoy (Ghosh) and Diya (Annapurna Ghosh) wanted to explore first. I was dead against it. We did try it on to just you know, I like to give everybody a fair opportunity. I said I will try it. I wasn’t happy with it because of the lack of movement. When you put a prosthetic stomach, it is very inanimate. And you look fake somewhere. I believe today your audience wants to see an actor being completely authentic with the material that they have.”
