Preparation for his upcoming film Black Adam
Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, has been training hard in preparation for his upcoming film Black Adam. And recently shared his thoughts on how to achieve the ideal body. The actor is one of Hollywood’s most bankable stars. And has appeared in films such as Jungle Cruise, Red Notice, San Andreas, and several Fast & Furious installments.
The actor will make his superhero debut in the DCEU film Black Adam. This movie is based on a comic book character of the same name.
Also discussed was the training that went into achieving a good body shape.
In a new interview with Men’s Journal, the actor detailed the extent to which he went to attain his body for the film, hoping to outdo illustrator mock-ups and surprise viewers. According to Johnson, preparing for Black Adam entailed committing to the most rigorous training schedule of his life.

The first live-action trailer for Black Adam, which was published many months ago, provides fans their first look at the character in action, but Johnson’s physique is obscured by the cloak and the dark setting.

The movie was earlier set for release by Universal Pictures but it was acquired by Netflix for distribution. It hit the theatres on 5 November 2021 before streaming on the OTT platform on 12 November 2021.
